Fluffy French Toast

Makes 9-12 pieces of toast

-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 thick bread slices

Directions:
===========
1) Measure flour into bowl
2) Slowly whisk in milk (get rid of lumps)
3) Whisk in eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon + salt until smooth
4) Heat griddle or pan over medium heat
5) Soak bread slices in milk mixture until saturated
6) Cook until golden brown on each side (working in batches, put finished in covered container to keep warm)
7) Serve with syrup, chopped fruit, powdered sugar, etc...
