Garlic Tomato Basil Chicken ============================ - 4 chicken breasts - salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp butter, divided - 1 tbsp olive oil, divided - 2 cups grape tomatos, halved - 1/4 cup fresh basil, shredded - 1.5 tbsp minced garlic Instructions: 1) Pound chx flag. Season with salt + pepper + garlic powder 2) Heat 2 tsp oil + 2 tsp butter in skillet. Cook breast until done. Then move to plate + keep warm. 3) Heat remaining buter + oil in pan, cook garlic 1 min. 4) Add tomatos + cook 2 min until soft. Turn off heat + stir in basil 5) Add more Salt + pepper. Put chicken back in pan + spoon pan juices over chicken 6) Serve w/Salad, Garlic bread, Rice or pasta.
