Ingredients: ============= - Red potatos - Olive oil (maybe 1/4 cup) - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1 tsp salt - chopped fresh rosemary Instructions: ============= 1) Cut potatos in half (and again and again) to make cubes/wedges 2) Put in salted water (lightly salted) and broil for 10-12 minutes 3) Mix remaining ingredients (dry first, then oil) in bowl 4) Drain potatoes + toss in bowl to coat 5) Grill in basket, flip occassionaly
