Nachos ======= - Nacho chips - Cheese - Black beans - Chopped tomatos (or quartered cherry tomato) - Optional: Lettuce, peppers, cooked chicken, other toppings Instructions: 1) Heat oven (or grill for indirect heat) to 350-400 2) On cast iron skillet, layer chips, cheese, beans, tomatos, peppers, chicken 3) Repeat layer to get 2-3 layers 4) Cook 15 minutes to warm + melt everything 5) If needed, add more cheese on top and melt a little longer. 6) Top with lettuce or any other toppings that you don't want cooked.
