Potato Skins ============= - 3-4 Russet potatos - Bacon bits - Cheese - Butter - Milk - Sour Cream - Salt Instructions: 1) Pre-heat oven to 400 2) Pierce potatos + microwave 5-6 min on each side to soften 3) Let cool enough to handle + Cut in half 4) Carefully scoop out soft inside into a bowl taking care not to break skins 5) Cook skins on sheet for 10 min to crisp skins 6) Mash potatos in the bowl, adding in some butter and milk and mix until smooth. Throw in some salt 7) Put some potato mixture on skins (you will have leftovers for mashed potatos) 8) Add cheese + bacon bits on top and cook ~5 min until cheese melts 9) Serve with sour cream
