Dark Chocolate Porter Beer Bon Bons Filling Ingredients =========== - 1/2 cup heavy Cream - 3 tbsp porter beer (more may be better) - 9 oz dark chocolate + More for chocolate shells Instructions: ============= 1) Bring Cream to light boil 2) Remove from heat 3) Stir in dark chocolate until melted and tempered (reaches around 90 degrees and shiny) 4) Let cool in fridge to desired thickness 5) Use as filling in chocolate bon bons (fill bon bon mold with chocolate, wait 10 seconds, dump out, put in fridge to harden, then fill, then put more choc on bottom to seal it)
