Ingredients:

- 1 cup stout beer
- 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate for filling
- 8 oz more for shell

Instructions:
=============
1) Cook beer over high heat until it reduces by 1/2, stiring frequently
2) Remove from heat + stir in filling chocolate to temper
3) Port into chocolate shells, cool + seal with more chocolate.
